Why Elect Don Atchison

Law and Order First

Without law and order, nothing else can thrive. We will restore safety and security across Saskatoon. We need to fully support our law enforcement while taking a compassionate approach to justice. Addressing homelessness requires a comprehensive, multifaceted strategy.

Addressing the Housing Crisis

Saskatoon has a proud history of keeping pace with growth through collaboration. We’ve done it before, and with your support, we’ll do it again.

No New Tax Increases

The problem isn’t a lack of revenue—it’s overspending. I will not support any increase in the mill rate for the 2025 budget and will push for a pause on major downtown projects until our finances are back on track.

Prioritizing Core Services

Snow removal is essential, yet the current council borrowed $20 million while ignoring basic needs. We need to focus on core services and manage our resources effectively.
